2. Contents

We will formulate an action plan as follows in order to create an employment environment in which employees can demonstrate their abilities and work in harmony with their work and life.

 

Goal 1: Support for raising young children

Details of Initiatives

Expand the scope of children eligible for "leave to care for children" under the special leave stipulated in the Rules of Employment to include preschool children through third grade of elementary school, and increase the number of days taken to the number of eligible children plus one day.

(Measures) 1 April 2023 Explain the contents to the union.

2 APRIL 2023 TL TO BRIEF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS.

3 April 2023: The employment regulations are changed and put into operation.

 

Goal 2: Promote work-life balance

Details of Initiatives

Introduced a new leave system and revised the number of days for taking refreshment leave to promote the use of annual paid leave.

(Measures) 1 April 2023 Explain the target details to all employees.

2 May 2023 The board of directors will review the leave system and explain it to the union.

3 June 2023 The vacation system will be changed and put into operation.

 

Goal 3: Enhance employee break time using free space

Details of Initiatives

Establishing an unmanned sales corner using free space in the factory to provide a place for employees to communicate.

(Measures)1 April 2023 Installed an unmanned sales corner in the free space on the second floor of Plant 4.
