2. content General employer action plan based on the Law for the Promotion of Women's Advancement

In order to create an employment environment in which all employees, both men and women, can play an active role, the following action plan will be developed.

 

Objective 1 Take at least the following levels of leave and leave for childcare

    Male employees ... to acquire at least one.

    Female employees ... take-up rate of at least 80%.

 

(Measures) April 2022 Explanation of target details to all employees.

Provide individual information to employees who are pregnant themselves or their spouses.

 

Target 2Employ one woman in the production department

 

(Measures) April 2022 In order to increase the number of female applicants, female employees will be invited to attend job fairs and other events.

PROVIDE TIME FOR INTERVIEWS AND PROMOTE THE ACTIVE RECRUITMENT OF WOMEN TO APPLICANTS.
