We will formulate an action plan as follows in order to create an employment environment in which employees can demonstrate their abilities and work in harmony with their work and life.

1. Plan period: 2 years from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2021

2. Contents
(Improvement of Employment Environment to Support Workers Raising Children, etc. in Balancing Their Work and Family Lives)

Goal 1Change the use of annual paid leave from half days to two-hour increments.

(Measures) 1 March 2019 Explain the content of the target to all employees at a general meeting.
2 April 2019 Start handling at all company locations.

Goal 2Introduce a shorter working hour system that can be used by employees who wish to raise children in the early grades of elementary school ( at the end of the fiscal year in which they reach the age of9 ).

(Measures) 1 March 2019 Explain the content of the target to all employees at a general meeting.
2 April 2019 Revise regulations regarding childcare and nursing care leave, etc.
3 April 2019 Start operation of the system.

Objective 3: To promote the systematic use of annual paid leave so that all employeescan take at leastfivedays of paid leave per year.

(Measures) 1 March 2019 Explain the content of the target to all employees at a general meeting.
2 April 2019 - Check the status of acquisition in each department on a monthly basis.
Encourage employees in each department to use the leave system for refreshment leave, birthday leave, and consecutive leave to take paid leave.
3 June 2019 - Check usage status quarterly Continue in the same manner thereafter
