Collets for rear (sub)spindles in the machining of dental implant parts

Dental implant parts are one of the typical medical parts processed by CNC automatic lathes. We developed the DAIYAC Double Collet as a back (sub)spindle chuck for processing these implant parts.

Features

• Firmly grasps the tapered part and holds the workpiece stably even when broaching with a heavy machining load such as hexagonal holes.
• The machining and processes on the spindle side are dispersed and the tact time can be reduced by gripping parts where the conventional back (sub)spindles could not grasp.
• Rarely flaws the threaded part
• Small unevenness in the longitudinal dimensions.

Please provide us with a drawing or a sample of the implant part so that we will be able to create the shape of the gripping area of the inner collet chuck in accordance with the sample.
