Our company has been recertified as a Workplace Vitality Advance Company. The fifth certification period runs from October 2025 to September 2028.
The Workplace Vitality Advance Company certification system recognizes companies, corporations, organizations, and sole proprietors that implement practical initiatives. These include improving workplace environments to support work-life balance, promoting stable employment, and introducing diverse work arrangements such as part-time regular employee systems, enabling employees to continue working with vitality.
We were first certified in September 2017, becoming the first company in Okaya City to receive this certification.
