He is highly skilled and knowledgeable as a milling machine operator, and has the ability to carry out all tasks alone, from designing to devising machining methods and machining. The "holder" component of an electron microscope requires extremely high precision and is the only component in Japan that can be processed by the company to which Mr. Kobayashi belongs.
Mr. Kobayashi has also contributed to the advancement of the medical field through the joint development of medical instruments and needle holders with the Jikei University School of Medicine.
