On November 1, 2023, one of our employees was selected as a Shinshu Master Craftsman!
The Shinshu Master Craftsman is an award given by the governor to those who have outstanding skills and are regarded as the best in their field in the prefecture as "Shinshu Master Craftsman" (Governor's Award for Outstanding Craftsmanship).
The award ceremony was held on November 10 at the Nagano Hotel Saikokan.

Summary of Skills and Achievements
He has the ability to carry out the entire process from design, consideration of machining methods, to machining, all by himself, and to do so quickly. He is in charge of general-purpose machines, not only milling machines, but also lathe machining and grinding machines, and his skill level is one of the highest in the company.
He has long been involved in the development of "holder" parts for electron microscopes, which require high precision, and has earned high praise for his finished products by making proposals and prototypes to customers.
The medical device currently under joint research and development with the Jikei University School of Medicine (patent pending) has received tremendous acclaim from medical professionals.
