On March 8, Minebea was recognized as one of the 2023 Excellent Corporations for Health Management, a joint initiative of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Japan Health Council.
This is the sixth consecutive year since 2018 that the company has been certified as an excellent health management corporation.
The Certification System for Excellent Health Management Corporations is a system to recognise corporations, including large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises, that practice particularly excellent health management, based on initiatives in line with local health issues and health promotion initiatives promoted by the Japan Health Council.
In the current fiscal year, we have been working to improve the rate of re-examinations and precision examinations after regular health checkups. We will continue to actively promote health management.
