In the Nagano industrial safety and health convention held in Okaya City on July 12, our company was awarded the Nagano Prefecture Labor Bureau Director's Award for Excellence.

The Industrial Safety and Health Law requires employers to work to prevent occupational accidents in order to ensure the safety and health of workers and create a comfortable working environment.
This commendation honors outstanding workplaces and organizations that are recognized as models for others, such as those with particularly long periods without accidents and particularly active efforts to reduce risks in the workplace.

The reason for the commendation is that the company has established rules for the systematic and continuous implementation of risk assessments, conducts risk assessments based on the information source of workers' "memos on the sense of danger felt in the workplace," and links this to workplace improvements, thereby establishing a record of 11.3 million hours without accidents in 2013. In 2013, the company established an accident-free record of 11.3 million hours, and is actively working to reduce risks in the workplace by continuing to maintain this accident-free record. This is what the report said.

We will make further efforts to continue our record of no accidents in the future.
