We will formulate an action plan as follows in order to create an employment environment in which employees can demonstrate their abilities and work in harmony with their work and life.

 

Goal 1: Systematically implement "No Overtime Days" to reduce overtime work.

 

(Countermeasure) 1 April 2021 Explanation of targets to all employees

2 Plan to implement 6 times a year from April 2021.

3 April 2022 Plan and operate so that it can be implemented once a month.

 

Goal 2: Addtwonew vacation days to the annual leave system to promote the use of annual paid leave.

 

(Countermeasures) 1 April 2021: Explain the content of the target to all employees.

2 May 2021 The Board of Directors will begin discussing the vacation system.

3 September 2021 The system will be operational.

 

Goal 3: Introduce a shorter working hour system for family care.

 

(Countermeasures) 1 April 2021: Explain the content of the target to all employees.

2 May 2021 Review of childcare and nursing care leave regulations.

3 June 2021 Operational.
